Housing Needs Survey

Langham Parish Council has commissioned a Local Housing Needs Survey as part of our evidence base to help defend Langham from Colchester City Council's current plans to obliterate the village with a "cow pat" development of more than 900 new houses in the prime farmland at the heart of our small community.

The more residents who complete the Housing Survey, the stronger the evidence base that we can assemble and present to the Public Consultation which Colchester City Council will be running at the end of this year.

It's YOUR village - please do help us to defend it by completing the Local Housing Needs Survey for us. This can either be done online or by completing the postage-paid paper-based survey which is being popped through every residents' letterbox alongside this month's Parish Magazine.
