Unfortunately, a lot of parking problems encountered by local residents tend to fall into a category where no laws are being broken and there are no current restrictions in place such as double yellow lines. Parking in restricted areas or zones or dangerous parking is a matter for the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) or the police, respectively. The Parish Council has no official powers for enforcement or any other course of action that is not available to any local resident.
