Prior to 2026, the Parish Council had no specific policy in this area. A new formal policy framework was discussed and adopted at the February 2026 Parish Council Meeting. The 2026/27 Financial Year will be treated as a trial year. The policy and the budget allocation will then be reviewed as part of the 2027/28 Budget and Precept setting exercise.
